With years of interviewing experience as a Tier 2, Pip2 (Professionalising Investigation Program in the College of Policing) serious and complex investigative interviewer in the Police, she now focuses on coaching people who need a trustworthy mentor in their life. A coach to empower you others to move forward in life.

After her awakening 14 years ago, she is on a mission to help others live with divine thinking and a positive attitude.

“I was born in the South of England but grew up in Ayrshire, Scotland. I had a wonderful childhood despite being born into a slightly dysfunctional family. I grew up with my amazing late mother and my step father, the legendary male figure in my life, John. My heroes who consistently showed me how to smile, be myself and continue life’s journey on a positive path.

Feeling a little confused after Secondary School as to what career path I wanted to choose, I took a year out working several jobs. I contemplated a gap year in Africa, made noise and effort to join the RAF and repeatedly researched what I could do with my life whilst working multiple jobs to bring in some money. As a girl who spent all of my time in the art department or in the music room singing, I also had a huge desire to help people. Uniform and community really appealed to me. I studied hard at school which eventually allowed me to attend University, studying Psychology and Criminology. I was the little girl who watched DI Frost every week with a packet of nuts dreaming of becoming a Detective, so it wasn’t any surprise that this was the route I set my mind to and the month after I graduated, I joined Hampshire Constabulary as a Police Officer. My Art and Music creativity and dreams were replaced by the structure and stability of a public sector occupation which I truly felt proud of. This decision entailed a move back to the South Coast where I re-joined the generations that had come before.

However, two days before the start of my Police training, I got the most horrific news. My beautiful lovely mum had been unexpectedly diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. This came from absolutely no where. Yellow eyes and a little tired to being seriously poorly in hospital with the news that the disease was inoperable, terminal and she had 3-6 months to live!

Well, my world fell apart. My best friend, my confidant and my absolute everything! She was my life.

Philippa stopped. I disappeared.

In fact, I stopped for about four years. I fell down a deep dark hole where live was carrying on around me but I was completely stuck. I didn’t want to die, but I wasn’t too fussed on living. I was physically present (kind of) and mentally absent until…. bit by bit….. I started again. The engine was ignited and I managed to find the pedal. I slowly started to see the light again.

What a start it was. I can only see now that it took something big to fuel the fire inside of me. A switch had been flicked when my now husband got down on one knee. Just like that, one cold, crisp Christmas evening when we were surrounded by the purest of snow, white, bright white with the forest embracing us, my partner and rock through grief asked me to be his wife. Wow! From this moment, I started to see life in a completely different light. I could breathe! I had a purpose again. I saw a future! From then on I promised myself I was going to live my life twice as hard for me and my mother. One of our last conversations was mum, sweet Caroline, encouraging me to “go down the beach and feel the waves, feel the water between your toes.” I do that a lot now. My husband and I take great comfort from the ocean. It is my happy place. My security and sanity. We purposely picked a house to set up home in walking distance of the ocean so we can I spend our time watching the ripples in the water, breathing in LIFE and knowing that although the waves can become choppy, we have each other. You never have to be alone through loss and grief.

Since mums passing I have experienced other forms of personal loss, the biggest being now, slowly losing John to Dementia BUT with sad times comes the good. I have managed significant change in my life: I have married the love of my life; set up a loving home and created 4 beautiful children; embraced a journey of sobriety with all the benefit that brings; lost a significant amount of weight; lead a healthier lifestyle; planned and implemented a career change; examined and adapted my inner circle; spread kindness in society and genuinely feel it’s my calling to vibrate positivity to help people who feel like they have lost their way. I help people feel alive again. Whether it’s through losing someone special or by feeling like there’s something more out there in the world and you are wondering how to grab it. I am here for you!

Having had 15 years experience in both uniform and CID plain clothes roles, working with all walks of life, I was ready to hang my boots up, hand back my badge and follow my hearts desire. That my lovelies, is by being present with you. I have been able to create positive change in my life and I really want to show you that if there’s hope, there’s promise. Although my musical childhood dream of being a singer did not come to fruition as I wanted to be a police officer, I still sing but just from a different sheet of music. It is my time to sing with you. This is where I belong.

Courtesy of my training, the skills and tools I have learnt, I am the happiest and most content that I have ever been.

Become the happiest person you know.

I have so much energy, it bursts from inside of me and I want you to feel this electricity too. I have found my purpose, my why and I start my day with immense gratitude. You can too.”
